Old Colonial Havana Cigar Company

467 Forrest Avenue Suite 118

Cocoa, Florida

NOTE: This lounge closed Saturday, November 30, 2013.

I had a tough time finding this quiet lounge, but it was worth it. Small and limited hours, the ambiance you bring with you. I lit a Colonial Havana, claros, one of their low end line (see ash pic). Quiet smoke as we drifed back in time; the partner pictured on the couch is a quiet one. Gene Crawford, one of the partners in the company, said their two other locations did not work for them and they are on hold for growth as they look around. Their two lines, the above and Magistrados (the high end) are made for them in Tampa. They are just a bunch of guys who love cigars and created their own company to supply themselves, and then increased production to sell to the public. I picked up a couple of poem ideas as we relived the fifties and sixties in Brevard.

Unrepeated experience. They are closed. So sad.
